Let us right click secondary path runes to remove them

I still don't understand how the client determines what secondary rune I want to swap. I've had so many games where I end up with the wrong runes because of it. Please just let us remove runes by right clicking to make it clear what rune we are switching.

This would also make it so the secondary path runes don't have to end up out of order (e.g. third row rune on top).
