[CLIENT] Updated Client Login Animation Does Not Loop Properly

The Blood Moon Diana animation does not loop properly on the updated client. The animation is about 10 seconds long, and every time it ends, it pauses for a tiny fraction of a second before it loops back to the start. The audio is unaffected by this.

This only happens on the updated client: the animation loops smoothly on the legacy client.

To see the issue, launch the updated client and just watch the animation on the login screen for a few seconds.

This issue happens 100% of the time in the same spot.
