My suggestion for ekko balance changes

As we all know, ekko has had continued success as a tanky top laner with nearly infinite chase and kiting. As an ap laner he is supposed to be high risk high reward, but I find that the main problem gating his ap playstyle is that his mana costs are very low, allowing a tanky ekko to basically attempt to all-in on every w cooldown, and still not really take big hits to his mana bar while not even building any mana items.... It's frustrating to play versus ekko when he can do full cycles of his abilities with much less of a hit to his mana than nearly any champion.

As a suggestion, perhaps make his W more rewarding to hit while making it less possible to spam without punishment when you have no mana items. Just a thought. Would kill for a Riot response to how he might be tinkered with in the assassin update.
