Can we be rid dynamic queue already?

Multiple pros have already spoken out against how bad it is and most of the community do not want it.

I mainly play soloQ and I am tired of getting placed with 3 and 4 man queues especially as an adc main. Because I lie to you not every time my support is in DQ all he does is roam for his premade. Last game we had a huge advantage in lane we had soraka and vayne completely zoned off of cs. This was at 8 minutes and I swear to god my support then roams mid and dies and when he spawns he then goes top(the top and mid were his premade) and he never came back bot. Its usually not this bad but whenever I play with a premade of 3 or more I swear they act like the other people in the game do not exist. They do not ping or make callouts because they are in skype etc etc.

Either get rid of Dynamic Queue or make another playlist for people wishing to play without any premades a true soloq.

Riot states queue times would be unfair if they split up queues, well game play is unfair for people who are solo. Because even when the premade plays their roles correctly most of the time one premade is a group of randoms who met on the boards that night and have no coordination together and the other premade ends up being a group of people who have been playing ranked 5s together since season 3.

Something needs to get addressed like either the people in the premade each need to have a minimum of 100 games played together with at least 10-15 being ranked to queue as a 3-4 man or they need to be limited to a 2 and 5 man group only.

Dynamic queue was a good concept it just performed horribly. I don't mind the queue system staying the same because 90% of the time last pick got put into one of their worst roles and having one player have control of all of the bans is stupid.

I know this is going to get down voted but honestly something needs to get done. Usually buy this amount of games I am already in mid plat but I can't even enjoy ranked because every time I get close to promos I get 3-4 man dqs that end up feeding and a 12-4-2 adc can't do anything against a 14-3-5 darius.
