ADC main looking for DQ

I am in plat promos with one win and two losses because of either my top and jungle or mid and jungle feeding uncontrollably. Both of my losses I destroyed lane but had no jungle pressure, got 1 drag, no baron or rift Harold, and at least two people on the enemy team got as fed or more fed than me. I really do not feel like having to go through promos again. Please someone help me out of this shit because I don't care what elo you are promos in general are elo hell because while in promos I always manage to get a team full of golds and maybe a plat who was silver last season while the enemy team are all high plat and either diamond or master the previous season.
