Heimerdonger is Annoying

There is almost 0 counter play to Heimerdinger if you're a melee champion. Even with stacks of MR you still get shredded by turrets, then chunked by the lasers on top of that. All he has to do is run around and laugh, maybe bothering to stun. If you get close to killing him he'll just bring up his mega turret and go into zhonyas. Makes the lane nearly impossible to gank as a jungler too.
