Petition to Change Placement Notifcation Language

So when you finish placements or whatever and get the little pop-up notifying you of your ranking, it's just a generic message.

But it always starts off with "Congratulations."

I'd like to formally request the removal of the word "Congratulations" from all placement notifications pertaining to Bronze divisions. Because it's not an accomplishment to be in Bronze and not something worth congratulating anyone about.
