Hello my fellow Legends, Instinqt here. I've been playing league of legends for 4 years now, and one thing has not changed. The common toxic player "often ourselves" who focuses on winning an argument in game, rather than winning the match. We all get frustrated with team mates, often the smallest error's can trigger us and send us on a tilted rampage.

We all know this is a loser's state of mind, being tilted more often than not leads to loss streaks, and a poor win %. Demotions follow, the mindset linger's, and often our tilted state of mind turns into emotional habits that we form and lead ultimately to bad personality traits. This is a slippery slope... I wanted to address this problem that I think our community recognizes as a real issue. I created a short video that offers you 1 tip that will 100% help you if you find yourself to be negatively effected by toxic talk in game.
