Warwick Q...

There are some issues with it that are mentioned a few times since release. It's a little off. But I feel that it should add a slight slow. Noting great but enough to allowed him to make a move when the Q finally does work and he spins to the other side of the target. A lot of times when he spins the target is already gone because WWs animation stopped on the same side as a moving champ because the target is moving to fast.

So maybe the Q could have a .5 second 20% slow if he chooses to lock on and hold Q to spin (but not when just using Q to bite but not follow) to allow WW to utilize his Q better after it is used to engage the targe that is moving a little better.
