How has flex made the game miserable? Are you being forced to play flex queue? Can you wait for it's matchmaking to be fixed?

Also, Riot just sent me a message saying they understand the matchmaking with Flex Queue isn't equatable, so they're working to try to make it better? Oh. So we get that shit queue until they can do better.
