Riot Matchmaking is screwing me over

This has been happening for awhile now, every game i play in norms is against a several diamonds or plats as a silver player you can see how this is screwing me. People argue that its norms so it doesn't matter but when it comes to me trying to practice and get better for ranked there is only one place to go and thats norms. This is not possible when im playing against higher elo players that i have no chance at playing well or learning anything while playing against them.

All i ask is that matchmaking puts us against other at our same elo it would make it better for everyone. after playing a game where i was laning against a diamond and plat with a bronze as my lane partner it makes me want to boycott the game altogether because we really don't stand a chance.

Please fix this.
