Issue with Matchmaking normal games

For awhile now I have been having this issue, not sure whats going on but every single normal game i get into is filled with platinum and diamond players. I have even seen several master tier players. Some of you may think what's the problem? and the problem is that I'm silver and all my normal games are just a clown fiesta of me trying and failing and feeding my ass off. This leads to a very frustrating game experience and i'm just straight up not having fun anymore. please do something about this riot i play the game for fun and this isn't fun.
