LP LOSS

I have talked about this in a previous post but I cant find it so im bringing up again as I know many others have experienced the same poor sportsmanlike conduct. I am so tired of playing with emotional people in the world that get so angry that they AFK in a Game. If you havent experienced the Bronze Elo you are a lucky sole because there is fighting in every match that I have to /Mute all almost every game. This is by far nearly impossible to get out of this elo. On average i experience 5 dodges before getting into a match and well this past match we had a Lux support go 3/11/28 42minutes into the game then decide that everyone sucked and didnt deserve to win although we had pushed mid in taken 1 nexus tower and was on the verge of winning. Can we please change how AFK's and DCs are dealt with a 30minute Ban for them does nothing for me in a solo ranked game. Can we increase the LP in lower Elos or can we add another Elo and call it Copper or the infamous Wood elo. So that I can get rid of some of these terrible people that just hit 30 and jump into ranked games not knowing what they are doing.
