How can you put armor shred on his Judgement and not reduce his Demacian Justice or either change his Decisive Strike and remove the Movement speed? I am not saying Both should be done but one of them should be

Here we have a player who recently lost to a fed garen and thus thinks he is overpowered and needs nerfed.
No actually I didn't lose to a Garen I'm a jungle main. However, There is absolutely no reason why a tank should have armor shred at any given point especially when they Riot is doing a tank update to take damage away from tanks.
