She is harder to play and carry a game with. She doesn't spike with items like yasuo and his crazy late game and she isn't too bonkers early or mid game. at least if you suck at yasuo you can just farm and pentakill (SARCASM) as soon as you finish about 4 items. Before you say riven is easy, mister gold/silver, play her first.

You could also say people who have ss vayne want ht annie. Although anecdotely id say ss vayne is more popular. I havent seen a website with skin stats to actually show you statistics though.
