Low prority que match - Bugged game ?

I waited the 20 minutes, then the thing popped up like 4 times then I said yes all 4 times, but it stalled and now it put me back into the same 20 min que again for that game, is this even legit or is there some sort of bug that stalls you from getting out of your low priority? lol
