How can you do an AFK remake with 5 votes yes...

Also the guy that was "AFK" just ended up in my next game 2 minutes later.... Riot how?

Say you come back at 2:50. The opposing lee already has a double kill from ganking bot. Or is about too. And you haven't even left base yet and are about to solo overleveled jungle camps. 5 remakes plz.

In my game the garen didnt like the matchup or and so he just never left base he said...
