suggestions for Fiora

As a Fiora main before and after the update, i have played her against a lot of champions and in a lot of different lanes. I love the idea that Fiora now has difficult mechanics that are rewarding if pulled off correctly, and that it simulates the duelist theme for the actual player, however i believe she has a few too many unforgiving mechanics. My main concerns that i want to address (and hopefully provide suggestions for) are:

  1. Lack of sustain
  2. Unforgiving Mechanics In the new bruiser meta, Fiora can simply not compare to the big guys in lane. Due to the lack of sustain in her kit, she can trade all she wants, but a Nasus, Garen, (new) Darius, Olaf, etc. can just heal it all back and can usually tie her in damage, even though she does true damage nukes. A few suggestions for this is adding her old passive as a passive to one of er abilities (maybe her ult cuz it's kinda about healing?), or make it so that if she successfully ripostes an ability she gets a heal, or finally if she hits a vital point she gets a little heal, just to compliment the already in place mechanic where she is supposed to be able to poke and get out with the speed buff, but the heal would also allow her not only to win trades but stay in lane with a little bit of sustain. Regarding the unforgiving mechanics, it is insanely hard to hit vitals without using q, and i believe the hitbox should be widened just a tad, for example you could be overlapping the corner of the vital with your body as Fiora and the vital wont trigger, this is very frustrating because sometimes you have to do things very quickly and it can mess you up when you think you should have hit the vital but it doesn't take. In addition, when you do use q, your only option is to walk all the way to the next side, which like said before it is super tough to hit those vitals without q, so i suggest a slightly changed revived version of the old Fiora classic q, where she gets to dash twice (for no reason). But in this case, there is a reason that you get two dashes, and it only happens if you hit a vital spot. I was thinking that she could just always get her q fully refreshed when she hits a vital with it, or she can only get one fully refreshed dash before it reverts back to what it is now where she gets 60% cooldown refreshed. This would simply make it easier to trade and easier to at least get two vitals when you ult. Another mechanic that i like but think could use some changes is her riposte. Earlier i referenced the new bruiser meta, and these tanks can out sustain her and still out damage her! It sometimes just isn't fair. I think that her riposte could be a solution to this. For example, imagine you are in lane against Nasus, you dash in, hit a vital, and he uses wither and tries to Q u before u run out, u use riposte and block it, then trade back with E while he is vulnerable without Q. Everything is going great until he gets another Q and u have nothing. Your Riposte is on cooldown and u are withered. And then depending on his Q level, he gets ANOTHER Q off and u still have no counterplay besides waiting to dash out when it is off cooldown. This situation can be the same as Olaf and his E. I suggest that she gets a little more reward for successfully using riposte. like i mentioned before, possibly some sort of heal (this would probably only be a good idea if her Q didn't heal like i suggested, just one of the two heals would suffice). Another suggestion is that riposte trades with her current Q where it gets most of the cooldown refreshed if she hits someone with it OR if she successfully blocks something with it. In conclusion, I think Fiora could use some sustain, some sort of mechanic to refresh her cooldowns (but more significant than the one she has right now, like a full cooldown reset on q at least for one q), and a little more forgiving hitbox on vital spots.

How about her W not blocking summoner spells? I mean, 1 tick of ignite is ok, but the entire thing even being applied...
