Looking for a Tanky Carry

Hey all! I've been looking around for a tanky carry of some sort. Someone who can build tanky but still have decent damage. Only thing I can think up of right now that fits is Illaoi

I would think any of the juggernauts other than maybe Morde would qualify, as well as most of the divers.
