@Reav3 does Ezreal keep his bow limbs?

Ezreal in multiple of his splash arts and in his Q W and R has what a bow that he pulls back to fire the spells. But in the short story "elixir of uloa" Ezreal instead fires what seemed to be trueshot barrage from his palm instead. "I open my hand and a brilliant arc of golden light as wide as the tunnel bursts from my palm." you said earlier today that all Ezreal skins would be reworked and and that there would be changes to his splash art similar to shen or tristana but with the design change on Ezreal's new gauntlet i'm afraid that design element will be cast aside
