I'm talking. What champions, how do you do laning phase, how can you stop him from one shotting your backline past 30 mins. How do you avoid pushing his lane to let him farm safely under tower. These are all important things I need to know so I can use my ban for other champions.
Kill him at lvl 1 it is easiest. Play very aggressively and keep bullying. If you don't let him stack Q he is useless. Also never go in duel with susan when he is on ultimate active. Even if you aren't alone he can triple kill.. just try to escape and once it is done then use your R. Never hit your R same time as susan cause you won't win.

In the early game let him auto attack the minions and have an uneven amount with his “side” having more minions. This will cause the lane to push towards you, when it gets past river try to trim the excess minions until you have roughly 4 Healthy caster minions. Position the 4 minions to be just outside of your tower so Nasus has to overextend to get minions (risking a gank/fight) or he has to play safe and miss a shit ton of CS and potential stacks. Poking him whenever he tries to walk up helps in this strat.
Look to trade when he goes to get his Q stacks off your minions. Look up youtube videos on wave management/freezing to see how you can hold the wave in the middle or, better yet, closer to your turret (forcing him to overextend for Q stacks and leave himself open to ganks). Don't let him get swole by bullying you in lane phase and he's pretty tame mid/late game.
play fiora and watch him cry if your proficient with her or jax who can block his qs as examples those 2 champs (i know of) are champs that really dont care if he ults or not. as a mage use dps mages like cass ryze malz. of course veigar can limit his movement. as a jungle champ yi annihilates him due to his "SCREW YOUR RESISTS" true damage on e/red smite rageblade. adc is vayne. support is well... anyone who can CC hard or protect adc with resists for example taric.
Lock tryndamere against him and all in him every single time hes in lane learn to control the wave aswell so you can bring up opportunities
