General thoughts on the new ryze?
is his kit healthy. is he still op? is he underpowered let me know what you think.

Frankly speaking, it's not ideal to judge him now, since everyone is still new to his kit & won't be giving a proper ideal answer. Give it a week or two.
I've only played him in custom but with full build you gain literally 1000 shield...what the fuck

As someone who played him quite a bit. He still feels like Ryze I still like playing him. His ult feels really lame personally but his new combos feel good. His damage is about the same although less bursty (still pretty bursty though). Although he's banned 90% of my games so meh
