idea for new player accounts

I had an idea if you make a new account and get to level 5 new players should get a champion voucher in which you can trade in for any champ in the game. i think giving new player a voucher at level 5,15,20,and 30 would be a great idea for them to get into the game, for example if they watched a trailer,friend,or esport and they see a champion they like they are able to get them quickly and try them out allowing them to purchase a champ after trying them on the free rotation as well. this also helps for hitting the 20 champ minimum for ranked if they want to try it at level 30. a second idea i have for this is to allow them to pick the champs they want at levels 1-30 instead of the predetermined ones (i think its Brand, Ashe, Garen, and maybe Caitlyn) this also helps in diversifying what champs new players see when leveling to again expose them to other champs they think they'll enjoy.

They would just use the voucher on the most expensive champions because why wouldn't you do it? then they reach 30 and they'll be massively confused and more than likely angry as to why they cannot pick whatever they want. Also there is a massive amount of champions. Why do people keep insisting that everything should be available from the start? literally no game does this for very obvious reasons, it overloads the player and do you really think that them starting out with the mechanically intensive champions is a good thing? at a time where people barely know the basics of the game?
