Title. Your nerfs to him won't affect that he wins just about any lane he wants because you gave one champion, a kit that makes him 3 champs.

Lol??? And everyone begging for Yorick to be removed is somehow acceptable? Not to mention Riot actually went THROUGH with it. What the fuck are these double standards? Are you serious?

Personally, though, I believe that all champions should have their identities somehow preserved. Even champions like Yasuo should still remain at least vaguely similar to their playerbase. It's bad game design to introduce a new champion to the game, only to remove them a few years later.

"double standards" when were people saying that they want yorick removed? 4 years ago? you do know that standards change all the time and what was thought to be the right way of doing things also change over time right?

Not to mention, his playstyle is completely different, and his strengths and weaknesses are ALMOST completely different. Sounds like... A completely different champion, right? That's exactly what it is. He wasn't updated, he was overwritten, much like how Sion was, except there's a difference. I actually LIKE the champion Sion was overwritten by. I can't fucking stand the "updated" Yorick. He's complete cancer for me.

not really, i played Yorick before and i played him now and he pretty much plays the same. You still want to summon as many ghouls as possible and actually feel useful outside of the laning phase in which you either got so far ahead that the enemy couldn't do much against you or you went anything but that and become a joke character. The only thing i miss about old Yorick is his better sustain and that's about it. He wasn't ever going to remain with the same kit and i find it really annoying that you come here talking about double standards yet you are completely ok with the way Sion was reworked but not with Yorick's and pretty much the only reason is because you don't like new Yorick.

Lol? How the fuck does the current Yorick fair better outside of lane than the old one? You HAVE to be in lane to consistently summon ghouls, unlike the old one. Also, not only because of this was Old Yorick much better outside of lane, but his cooldowns were incredibly low once you maxed them and had 40% cdr. His ghouls, while having decaying health, were still a good deal stronger than his current ghouls. One did more damage and made you go way faster, one slowed, and the other healed you for a large amount. The myth that Old Yorick was "win lane, lose game" is just that: A myth. Anyone who actually took the time to play a lot of Old Yorick knew that. Also, I never EVER said I was okay with the way Sion was reworked. I suppose I did explain things a bit vaguely, though, so let me try again. Sion and Yorick's "reworks" were both bad "reworks", but in terms of the actual champions themselves (who i consider completely different champions than their "pre reworked" selves), only Yorick was bad. Sion is a fine champion, and there's hardly anything unfair or cancerous about him.
