I'm losing every single game in platinum

I won almost every single game from gold4 to plat4. When almost in promos for plat3, looks like my team trolls every game, at least it looks like for me, idk if it's me who is not playing well enough or my team... i'm losing till now, plat5 with 6 LP, and just can't stop losing... Could someone pls help me, like giving me some advice?

after 2 games you lose stop playing check till next day to see how the player behavior is in ranked

take a small break from ranked and Play some normals. sure, the Player behaviour is definetly not gonna be better, but at least the losing streak wont affect you as much
