In my main account i don't have the option to create a new folder, but when i go to my other account i can, is this a bug? (prtscrn below)

edit (29-12-2019): still not fixed.
I think I found it. Up on the same row as Social there are 3 icons. Click the middle one that looks like a list. UNSELECT the box for "Group Games and Severs". The New Folder icon should appear.
I have the same issue, who downvotes this thread. Morons!
Just encountered this and the fix of unchecking "groups games and servers" worked.
Now my only set back is I cant move offline friends into the folder.
If anyone is still having this issue:
The social tab (its under your IGN)
Select the second option (looks like a list)
Uncheck the box that says "groups games and servers"
Now the icon for creating a folder is there again.
I have the same Problem as well, as well as I even can't sort my offline friends in the folders ;w;
same problem cant make any new folders so at the end it is just a bug? not me just being really dumb?

Same for me, rly want to sort my friendlist. Btw i have 12 +1 General +1 League + 1 offline = 15 do u guys have more folders?
Same, send tickets to the support twice now and didn't get any response (not surprising tho). Hope it gets fixed with more replies and attention to the issue :c

It is really getting on my nerves that the new player are getting way more stuff like free runepages and folder creation only on new accounts aswell as free champions
