Twitch's Contaminate (e)
Just wondering if Riot has ever thought about making Twitches Contaminate (e) cd reset on kills..like Kalista's rend, and what everyone thinks about that.

Would be too strong. Rend removes spears from all targets while Contaminate leaves Deadly Venom behind. If he kills one person, it'll lead to a team killing chain reaction that would be way too strong.
Riot's on the right track with his buffs on the PBE. I think, though, after an Ambush reset, there should be a period with a reduced activation time on Ambush. That would allow him to pop in and out of the shadows repeatedly in a teamfight and constantly reposition himself.
I think a bigger things would be to add something to his Venom Cask. The slow sucks, and there is no reason for anyone to upgrade it beyond the first rank.
I would be fine with it removing the deadly poison like Kalista's spears get removed. I just think it would help him lane better and not be a direct buff to damage.
If you're going to buff the skill at least make it unique. A reset doesn't really thematically make sense for a skill called "contaminate" I think it would be neat if it did something like temporarily double the damage of your stacks in addition to the damage it does now. Something like that if anything, I know twitch came first, but it would be better to differentiate the skills then make them more similar.
