First Wave of Minions

Ever since the new patch came out I don't think the first wave of minions is behaving correctly. In bot lane if we give the jungler a leash we always miss the first minion because it dies before we can get there. It seems like the first minions are being focused. It would seem the change that was made so all minions in the first wave to line up with each other no matter what isn't working this patch.

Happens only sometimes with me as well. Its strange, but doesnt happen all the time, its like 1 every few games.
