Another Dedicated Hero Champ

Soraka is my favorite champ in league, but I was wondering if Riot is ever going to make another dedicated healer champ? Yes Raka is the premiere healer of league but it would be fun to have other options for champs purely made for healing. Other MOBAs have it, i think it's about time League does too.

Also, will soraka ever get a summoner icon for a skin? It's what she deserves. [sg-soraka]
