Clarity with Aura Items

I'm wondering why there aren't range indicators on items like aegis of the legion or frozen heart?

Wouldn't it be great if your teammates had the yellow and blue circles under themselves, or maybe a different color, so they know they are being affected by the buff?

or frozen aura and abyssal scepter had an on hit effect so you see the enemy team is slowed or their magic resist is down.
