Can Riot address the random disconnects? Ping problem

I had Awesome game with [garen-swing]

My ping is always "24"

With my team disconnecting right in the middle 30min mark and before around 20min we couldn't close it.

If this happens in Ranked i hope the reports due stand out more, because the enemy was just a toxic child like putting pie in your face. I want these immature no good children gone from this game.

I've experienced a lot of disconnects like this in ARAM as well. Either they don't load into the game for 5 minutes, or they disconnect randomly in the middle of the match. I know there are a host of problems that are outside of Riot's control for disconnects, but it's been so frequent lately that it makes more sense that something is up on Riot's end.
