Quinn Idea

Why don't you make it so when Quinn swaps with Valor, Valor form marks targets and Quinn shows up and shoots them?
Sort of like Harrier but this time since you are the bird you make the marks.
Or make it so Quinn makes marks for Valor?

Since they are a team and all, makes sense for them to keep working together even when Valor is out.
