I can't get out of Bronze 5 with all these people feeding/trolling

I was placed in bronze 5 last season because i was inexperienced in ranked games. Now that i am a significantly better player, and actually know how to get fed consistently i can't seem to win enough matches in a row to get out of Bronze 5. Yes, I sound cocky. And I've seen people say "Everyone says they're better than their rank, but they're not". You see, I am in fact now better than my rank (check my history if you'd like), but the fact is almost every game their's either someone feeding because they didn't get the position they wanted, or someone trolling because they like to ruin peoples days and waste their time. Is Riot open to promoting they feel should be ranked higher? If so how can i get a hold of someone in charge of this? Thank you for reading. - OGTrapGod

LMAO you have to be kidding? I've never played in bronze 5 before, but l've smurfed in bronze 1 and it's as easy as winning bot games. If you can't get out of bronze 5 it's because you really really suck.

Not sure if troll? "Rito I R butar tehn me rank & I R Challengur & and butar tehn Burgerking, plox promotez me to rank Gawd 1" - OP

Your actual Elo is nowhere close to being Bronze 5, you have a rank higher than your real rating which you don't deserve simply because there is nothing below it. The base for Bronze 5 is supposed to be around 850 Elo, any estimate would place you far below that. It's like a Silver 5 having the rank of Platinum, that's the difference between you and the actual base rating of Bronze 5.

There needs to be two leagues below Bronze to help people like you get a grip on what their actual ratings are. Like Copper and Tin, your rank should be Tin 5, not Bronze 5. Even then it would be possible to have a rating below the base of Tin 5, 850 Elo is a larger range than two leagues combined would have.

i was in brone 5 last year but got out and moved into bronze 4 at the end, got placed in bronze 5 at the start and won like 6 games in a row easily and started my climb from there. i am now in my series for bronze 1

I deserve challenjour gg.

Joking aside. I was placed Bronze 1 this season and felt a little salty because I though I deserved better. Turns out I was right, I am now silver 1 with ~ 92 LP. If you are better than B5 you will move up Stop blaming your teammates and you will do better. Express a positive attitude and make your team want to win.

Yes I have experienced trolls and feeders. There is no excuse for a wukong to be lvl 2, 10 mins into a game without going afk. Even with games like that if you do not belong in your division you will be moved.

Some of the posts here are semi-accurate... getting out of B5 specifically is rather quite easy: I have been demoted this year (was silver last year) to B3... fell into B5 twice and was able to recover both times out of B5 (now back in B3 and havn't played many ranked in a bit).

The "skill difference" between even B4 and B5, let alone B3 vs B5 is epic. B5 are indeed like retarded bots.

You can either play champions that can usually carry OR just duo with anyone who ISN'T retarded. In fact if I queried with you probably be a good thing because the enemy team would have some retard on their team LoL making it easier for me.

Therefore:

  1. Play carry champions, or;
  2. Duo Query.

Notwithstanding AFK issues... getting into B4 should be no problem. After that of course... will depend.
