I was playing Ashe adc against a tanky team. I would like to hear people's criticism

To be honest I don't like building on-hits on Ashe. Instead of BoRK you should go for more BT, it will increase your damage more and your survivability. My usual build is something like;

there is no reason to build on hit instead of full crit. black cleaver is better than last whisper. but that only after you stack it. even on tanks. however. stacking it is the problem. I think a regular ashe build is better.
If you're building that much AD then you need statik shiv instead of runaans huricane. Before someone says "but slow everyone", the critical strikes are reduced on the additional targets as is the raw damage. The new statik shiv is much more reliable for burst and crits more consistently, so I don't understand this whole obsession with phantom dancer and the damage reduction it gives. If you want damage reduction go death's dance, and the mercurial scimitar should not be in there unless you are getting cc'd to hell. Ashe's reliable range and constant slows should act as a deterrent for tanks getting too close to her, so it's better to either build statik shiv and phantom dancer together so you crit more often, gain more movement speed which enables you to kite more efficiently, or get GA. Botrk is ONLY good against tanks and on certain adc's, and even then it's rarely a great buy now as Lord Dominik's regard fulfills the same purpose so that you don't HAVE to get botrk and deal reduced damage. It's true that you still won't cut them down as quickly, but as the tank reaches half hp, botrk becomes less effective because it deals damaged based on their current hp and not their max hp.
just replace last whisper in a normal build for black cleaver. As simple as that. I could do the math and etc but in tl;dr ashe Q needs AD atk speed and crit,not just flat AD. Black cleaver is picked over last whisper due to the easy aoe stacking,and its base armor.This means that you can easily kill any squishy in 2-3 basics and the last whisper build would need 3-4 (with Q active) Also, with only hurricane+IE as crit item you outdmg any adc in damage over time with your Q active.

BotRK is bad on Ashe. BC is bad on Ashe. SS is just bad.
