Handling afk players in ranked promo matches

I'm sure that we can all agree that having an afk player in your ranked PROMO match is very frustrating. Furthermore, it seems Riot is able to detect afk players. Can we tweak the ranked PROMO matches such that if you lose because a player was afk, it doesn't count as a loss?

I GET IT. People can game the system and when they start losing in a ranked promo match, they can convince one of their allies to afk just so the match doesn't result in a loss. To address that, we should use the following conditions:

1. If you are in a ranked promo match AND a player was AFK from the very beginning AND your team loses, it should not count as a loss, and instead you can retry the promo match.

2. If you are in a ranked promo match AND your team is winning (combo of kills and/or turrets destroyed) when a player AFK and your team loses, it should not count as a loss, but instead you can retry the promo match.

3. If you are in a ranked promo match and you afk, it should be counted as a loss for just you.
