Garen Broken

Now I understand someone being tanky or dealing damage as a top, but when someone builds nothing but tank items and then does more damage then assassins who build straight damage that's a broken champion, as is the case with garen. I just played a game where we had our fizz go 25/4 and garen went 12/6 fizz built straight damage as usual and garen build 85% tank, the only actual damage item he had was cleaver, guess who came out with 4k more damage? If you said garen you'd be right. That is the DEFINITION of broken champion.

he was released broken and has remained that way O.O most tanks are broken, take blitz doing 1800-1900 damage without ap items pure tank @.@

He deals more damage than Fizz in a game because his target in top lane takes a lot more damage than Fizz's target in middle lane. 15 minutes in the game it takes Fizz about 1200 damage to kill his opponent. At the same time it could take Garen 4k damage to kill his opponent depending on who they are because they likely heal it up. Another thing to consider is that Fizz kills his target and then runs away. Garen runs in the middle of the enemy team and spins hitting 3+ enemies non stop without ever backing down. This is the reason why tanks/juggernauts usually have comparable damages to assassins.
