NUNU - Spells reworked (???)

Despite his tremendous ugliness, Nunu is an interesting champion but I feel his mechanics are a bit too old and simple.
Let's talk about Nunu's spells for a while.
PASSIVE: I've never shouted enthusiastic when the next ability was costing 0 mana. It's useful, but sometimes too random. Q: Strong tool to farm and heal, but I'd add something more to this spell. W: I don't clearly understand the logic of this spell, giving attack speed to Nunu, whose attacks do no damage. E: Basically the only damage spell he uses, R apart. For sure it's a strong spell, but I'd shift some power in other spells. **R: **A cool spell, specially when you bait someone in a bush.
Nunu 2.0: 
PASSIVE: When Nunu kills a big monster in the enemy's jungle he recovers 10% of his maximum mana. Every 5 big monsters killed in the enemy's jungle permanently increase Nunu's maximum health by 40.
Q: New effect: Q can hit champions. Q can also be cast on enemy champions and it deals 20 + 1/2/3/4/5% (plus 0.5% for every 100 AP) of the target MAXIMUM health as magic damage. Q also reduces magic by 15% resist for 2.5 seconds.
W: New effect: Passive effect. PASSIVE: Nunu's basic attacks are empowered and deal bonus 12/14/16/18/20(0.05 AP) magic damage on hit. New effect: Active effect, totally replaces his old W. ACTIVE: Increase Nunu's movement speed by 20% for 3/3.25/3.50/3.75/4 seconds. The next basic attack within 5 seconds will deal bonus 40/70/100/130/160(0.2 AP)(0.1 AD) magic damage and will stun its target for 0.5 seconds.
E: Damage has to be nerfed a bit, the spell is the same anyway.
**R: **The spell is untouched, numbers can change.
My thought about my Nunu 2.0 
Nunu has a great utility as a counter-jungler, and it would be cool if his passive could help him there. I also feel like his Q and W are very boring spells and I'd like to add something new to these spells. E is already strong and some power could be cut of, to buff a little other spells.
