Games don't feel fun even when I'm winning

While losing I definitely don't have fun, It is frustrating because most of the time It doesn't even depend on me, however It doesn't feel fun winning either... You either lose hard and cannot win at all or just win and the enemy team cannot win even If they want to, someone gets fed and It is over for the enemy team...

And that's why forcing so many snowballing mechanics ruins games, there's no even playing field to feel the challenge.
