Buffs I would like to see for Evelynn
Evelynn could use a touch up in her kit to make it more smooth and effective. Things I would like to see Riot buff are:

Her stealth radius. Take off ~25-50 units and she would be good to go as a stealthy assassin.

W's charge time. 2.5sec to 2sec would be a good change and make it less god awful to wait for to proc it.

Remove W's indicator when charged. There's already a huge heart icon hovering over an enemy champion's head telling them that Eve is around...does the enemy really need to be hand held with a huge arrow on top of that pointing to where Eve is? Already have 2.5sec to react.

Lower R's early cooldown. Eve is already gimped pre-6. Can we not make her early/mid game even more shoddy than it already is?
