Dash-Teleport ability to Champion ratio is 0.7446 which is extremely high.

9 out of 10 latest released champions have a "Dash" or "TP" Every single champion released in last year (12.07.2017 to today) has a dash or tp

Yeah there is no point to share this post. Just saying, mobility and damage is too high.

I agree they should stop releasing hyper mobile champions but I don't think some abilities like AurelionSol E, Fiddlesticks R, Galio R, Illaoi W, Ryze R, TahmKench R, Taliyah R, TwistedFate R, Zoe R etc should be considered mobility.

I mean Galio, ryze, zoe, and taliyah have seen a lot of Pro play due to the mobility and map pressure they have.

I don't think mobility is generally too high, I believe the problem is champions that have both mobility and high damage. When Xerath was released, for example, he had massive damage and range with the drawback of almost complete immobility. The new trend is to have the same damage output but with the added benefit of insane mobility. Champion kits are becoming loaded with a bit of everything, but in such a way that their strengths are many and weaknesses few. It clashes with the other champions until they're all reworked with the same mentality, which might bring some sense of balance or throw it out even further. I'm not sure.

Why is it that when players mention mobility it almost always only includes dashes. Why do they tend to discredit movement speed boosts?

I mean what about Quinn's Vault? It ultimately places her back in basic attack range when she casts in which nearly nets her a total of 0 units moved. Does that even count as mobility?

The problem is, melee champions need to have mobility or ranged hard cc spell. How they would close the gap otherwise? Running at the enemy? Hypermobility is a problem but saying: "this guy have a dash so he's mobile" is wrong. Is Urgot mobile? I don't think so. Also, Hypermobility is a problem which is usually much more oppressive on ranged champions. Mobility of champions like Lee and Camille isn't as frustrating to play against as Kalista mobility.
