Illaoi QOL changes upcoming.
It's a nice thought.
I'd trade her bully status (for silver and below) for being added to the juggernaut roster.
Which currently she isn't even viable as that.

Speed up her tentacles (q, w, ult) by 10-20%

Rework her E to a soft/hard cc with conditions. -example: steals soul, no longer spawns additional tentacles if killed, but applies a stun at 1/2 health intervals. (i.e. Twice. Once when the souls at half health. Once at soul destruction.) stun duration tbh (I'm thinking .75 -1.0 second).
If soul leaves the area (decreased by maybe 100 units) the stun last 2 - 3 times as long. -
Missing health returned with Q?...I don't know which way to go on this one. If the attack is sped up, I'll take a numbers hit for consistency. Otherwise it needs to scale with ability level (maybe 5% to 8%) {or increase the base ad bonus} [....and decrease the ad ratio since she doesn't live long enough anyway if she goes more than a smidge too ad.]

Oh! Ult rework could be a multi pronged E lashing out in every direction that doesn't proc tenta-slap.
She really has no identity besides split push and maaaaaaaaybe 1v2.
I wanna be able to roam with her more.
