Ashe attack animation

I think Ashe needs an attack animation update, because the time it takes to click and to actually attack with her feels really off in comparison to most ranged characters. Especially put up next to some casters which makes no sense to me since she is an ADC. She should have a better attack animation. I think just that slight change would be a nice quality of life change for her and at least make her feel a bit more reactive.
