Aurelion sol's passive and bushes@riot

I believe his passive shouldn't reveale him when he's in bushes, especially when he hasn't damaged anyone or activated his w. I get that it would be unfair to have a passive that does free damage keep him stealth, but if the passive hasn't even hit anyone...I mean come on. How are you suppose to get that full team suprise out of the bush next to baron pit when you've got aurelion ruining the game of hide and seek. I mean there's no way you'll be able to just back away from the enemy team coming after you when they know exactly where you are. I just think he shouldn't be revealed until he does dmg.
