Ziggs isn't really faring well this pre-Season (someone who commonly plays Ziggs)

I always felt is lacking this pre-Season and isn't really good with any of the runes (excluding Demolition).

Can now knock back allied minions

E: Hexplosive Minefield

Slow increased from 20/25/30/35/40% to 50% all ranks
