I like to run fill as my secondary role most of the time as never a bad thing to get exp in all roles occasionally to keep skills sharp though every time I have fill listed all I ever get is support , had 20 games atleast with sup every time , is anyone else having this? Just feel it should be a little more balanced
I've done Fill and gotten: Jungle, Mid, Top, Bot, and Support.
And it's not support most or all of the time either....it's a balance of roles.

Well... Riot can't really control it. It's fill, not random. If you feel like you need to practice a certain role in addition to your primary, put it as your secondary.
Fill almost guarantees support because... well, take a wild guess. It's not like they purposely programmed it so, it's because it's the role with the least supply. Riot could improve the system and add a random option... but fill is fill. We need supports, so we get it filled.
I've actually gotten Top a few times.
But yeah, mostly support. Which I honestly don't mind.

I get support a majority of the time when I fill, but not 20 games in a row. I probably get a different lane every 3 games, which is pretty good in my opinion.
If you don't want to support for a few games, then for a few games just pick random roles that aren't support to queue up as.
primary any, secondary support = support primary support, secondary any = support primary any, secondary fill = support primary fill = support

I mean I don't get your argument. If you don't want to fill the most under-requested role, don't pick fill.
Support as primary or secondary = support 99.9% of the time. There are so many combinations to get support lol. Remember in solo queue when fill didn't just mean support.
my experience with fill is Support 70% mid 10% Jungle 10% top 5% bot 5%
