Can Teemo get ghosted on his W? It needs to provide something other than an underwhelming MS buff
If all the effect provides is movespeed then the effect needs to be pretty high or at the very least should be spammable, instead all Teemo gets is an underwhelming 52% MS boost at max ability rank, which is woefully outclassed by all others in the game no matter who they're on, nearly every single champion in the game gets better MS steroids early and in lategame, and in the few cases where his value is miraculously higher the lower MS boosts always come with additional powerful effects.

So many powerful effects with movement speed buffs just tacked on making them all even stronger... All on champions with base movement speeds higher than Teemo's... Teemo the one who is supposed to be a lane bully meant to counter quite a good chunk of these enemies through kiting with his dedicated movement speed ability granting him "sUPeriOr MoVEmENt!"

This needs to be changed, he needs some kind of additional effect, or at the very least a bigger value or even a Mana cost removal because this pathetic excuse of an ability seems like it belongs more on a cheap 2000g support item active rather than a champion ability
