Riot Fix Promos Please

Ok i got a lot to say about this topic only because it has personally effected me numerous times and is still effecting me now. I was last season a silver 1 top and ADC main on my way to gold by the time the season ended i was still silver 1 and not really trying to get gold this season i decided i would do it next season. After winning 6 out of my 10 promo games i was hyped that i was gonna get placed in silver 4 or 5 or really high bronze. I got placed in bronze 5 i was thinking this was a glitch and sent in a support request expecting a explanation. Riot responded with "The 2015 Season is a fresh start for everyone who plays ranked games. Your last season's performance carries weight, along with your placement matches, but this doesn't necessarily mean you will be placed in the same division you ended in last season. We made some changes to the Leagues system this season that should allow players to more quickly reach the League that appropriately reflects their skill level. So, even if you didn't place in the division you expected, it's important to remember that this is your starting point for the season, not your final destination." well that didn't help much at all. so this brings me to our destination of this story, as stated by riot they made it easy for players to get back to where they were and i am in bronze 1 hit my promos for the first time after a week of just ranked. Promo game one i have a team of all bronze 1,2,3 and even a 4 and the enemy team gets silver 5,4,and 3. The thing that makes almost zero sense to me is why riot thinks to prove yourself able to get into silver you have to carry the weight of 4 terrible bronze players while facing a bunch of silver players that at least know what there doing if anything you should be the only bronze player with silver players on your team you should be forced to carry silver players not bronze players im not trying to get into silver so i can play with more bronze players im trying to get in silver to improve with people at my own skill level. The worst part is people are probably thinking at this point this kid is just another bronzy that complains about his team when he is the worst when im the only one on my team usually doing good and everyone else is trolling adc twisted fate and ap urgot mid honest to god riot fix this i hate lossing promo after promo after promo i just want into silver so i can get to my chance to get gold again.
