Literally if Lee Sin was ever underperforming again those are the buffs that would put him top tier:
Base hp regen lowered from 7.425 to 6.85
W-Safeguard
NEW: Shield duration scales from 2-4 seconds through levels 9-14 (2/2.5/3/3.5/4) when Lee sin casts it to an ally champion.
E-Tempest
NEW?: Now reveals all nearby allies of damaged targets by tempest, but it still doesn't reveal invisible champions(that's an interaction that was removed on patch 7.1).
E-Cripple
NEW?: Now slows the attack speed of jungle monsters and minions. Speciffically: •If more than one enemy minion or jungle monster is crippled, all crippled targets will receive a 20% attack speed slow. However if it's only one, then it will receive a 20% attack speed slow, but after level 6 a 40% attack speed slow. • If Lee sin doesn't attack for 1 second the crippled jungle monsters, while they have received the attack speed slow, it will be removed (an indicator will let him know).
NEW?: Lee sin is able to slow the attack speed of enemy champions with cripple for 20-60% from levels 9-14(20/30/40/50/60%), if these crippled enemy champions ATTACK one of his allies (champions).
NEW: Cripple can be casted 0.25 seconds after ulting.
Reminder: The attack speed slow fades over its duration.
Disclaimer:
U Lee Sin haters don't get mad with this post. It's a joke. If ever Lee Sin becomes like he was in seasons 5-6 that's some potential buffs to support his weakenesses by a bit. We all know that Lee Sin is an early game champion, that's his strongest point in the game and then when the mid-game starts, he slowly scales down. His weakest point is around the end of the late-game. Those buffs are exactly targeting his weakest points, by giving him some extra utility to support his team and not being a useless slut into the late-game. The idea of Lee Sin being what a strong early game ganking jungler and later tranforming into a peeling jungler for his carries is actually not a very bad idea, rathen than having to snowball early and finish the game quickly before he gets shit on.
I would think twice about the attack speed slow in the early game for jungle monsters, but it's only 20% that fades over its duration and i also lowered his base hp regen.
I thought that making cripple slow attack speed in under speciffic circumanstances would be great, since it doesn't make sense for the ability being called cripple and not slowing attack speed. It's akward, because cripple is a mechanic of lol that is known to impact negatively the attack speed of enemies.
Disclaimer:
The removal of the attack speed slow that Lee used to have on his e, accured because it was mostly impacting his early duels when he was invading the enemy jungler.
