I see a lot of cool names that arent in any use because their accounts get perma-banned. Why cant you remove their Account's name (beens theyre perma-banned) and let other people take them. I hate having to put numbers and what not next to my name or xX(put name here)Xx.
The official reason is if there bans ever got lifted (found to be in error, riot changes its ban policy) they shouldnt not be able to have there names. As oppossed to people who left and probably wont come back.
Are pemabanned account names also still subject to the inactivity name release? I'd assume they'd eventually become available that way, as the permabanned players are necessarily inactive.
