Ornn is a really cool champ...but whats the point of picking him over other tanks?

He is pretty bad compared to other tanks. His cc is very unreliable due to his short Q and the amount of time it takes for the fissure to pop out of the ground. His W feels so awkward to use because of the direction lock and the E hit box doesnt seem right. His ult is okay but a little awkward. Overall I dont see why you would pick him over any other CC heavy tank besides the item upgrades but even they seem kinda weak.
